Overall the hotel is definitely a 4 star.

Inconsistency with quality.

I have stayed her several times and have received wonderful rooms and bad rooms. This visit I had to switch rooms twice before I was put in a room that meets the quality this hotel chain is known for.

Friendly and
unpretentious.

Little musty.

Overall was great. No valet or bellman late at night or early morning and the place had a little old building smell to it, sort of like nursing home like let's call it if it were a scented candle.

Nice size room, great location for getting to Quicken Loans Arena.

Expensive daily parking fee.

Excellent location. Can travel to Quicken Arena through indoor mall. Nice warm pool. Hotel Restaurant under construction.
